operation overhall

having that moment when you see a picture of yourself and you are  shocked at what you see. i exactly 30days i am turning 27...  and it seems as though i haven't had the body i've wanted since i was  about  13. LOL! i am extremely happy with who i am and never really thought to much about my weight however lately i have gain a few extra pounds and i am truly ready to make so drastic changes. so for the next 30 days i am challenging myself to  an overhall of my body.  about two months ago i found a workout that i've been wanting to try and eating well has never been a problem for me so here goes... day one. i'm ready to feel good in clothes again. the leggings are just not getting anymore!
